Pages Return & Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return & refund or exchange.

Even if the product has already been used, you can return it if you are not satisfied with the product during the first 30 days of use, but it must be returned with all the items of the order and in the original packaging in which you received them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number(that you received in the confirmation email ) or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address indicated on the package. To start a return, please contact us at contact@uptraining-shop.com, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package(depending on where you are located, we will give you the address of our nearest warehouse to return the package). Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,  please contact us send us an email at contact@uptraining-shop.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
Place items in a box with email confirmation or original receipt and a note detailing what you would like us to do to remedy your situation.

Any return shipping charges are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect/damaged item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by clicking HERE. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
